(BR)oadcast to another node

 Enables you to send a brief message to any node number.  You can use
 this command to notify users that you are about to shut down the system
 or just to say hello.

 Syntax
  BR # message

   #       = Any active node number, use ALL to broadcast the message to all
             active nodes
   message = Any text up to 48 characters in length
